Attorney Billie Constant is a committed young lawyer with a fervent determination to provide her clients with the legal representation they need and deserve. She actually got her start in the legal field working as a Legal Assistant at our firm in 2004 before she moved away to continue her education. After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, Attorney Constant went on to pursue a legal degree at SIU School of Law in Carbondale.
While in law school, Billie Constant was nominated as class speaker, served as a Women’s Bar Foundation Scholar, Event Coordinator for the Women’s Law Forum, Treasurer of the Hispanic Law Student Association, and ABA Representative for the Student Bar Association. Additionally, Attorney Constant was the Vice President of the Military Law Society and a member of the Women of Diversity and Black Student Law Association.
While seeking her legal degree, she gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern for the North Carolina Business Court for the Honorable James L. Gale. She also worked as an Intern in the Johnson County State’s Attorney where she participated in criminal court hearings under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711.
Currently, Attorney Constant serves on the Illinois State Bar Association Related Education Standing Committee and is a Committee member for the Jackson County Bar Association Joint CLE. She is eager to use her legal knowledge and experience to help clients in their pursuit of justice and maximum compensation.
